Wila Launches Innovation Award Tradition

To celebrate that spirit, CEO Stig Krogh Pedersen has introduced a new annual tradition: The Innovation Award.

The First Innovation Award: 2025
On December 19, 2025, during Wila’s annual holiday gathering, CEO Stig Krogh Pedersen presented the inaugural Innovation Award to Dennis Bergsang. Dennis has been part of Wila A/S for more than 20 years, working in machining. His deep experience and innovative mindset led to the development of a special fixture for collaring the housing shell, which has increased production speed and improved process efficiency.
